Ash have been awarded a place on Lots 1 & 2 of the Pagabo Medium Works and refurb and refit frameworks up to the values of £1m in London and the South East.

The framework will be running until January 2027, it is a fully PCR compliant Framework and can be used to commission a full range of building works.
This framework is free to access. Pagabo will support you through the process, acting as the link between you, the contracting authority, and Ash.
Ash have been awarded a place on the Procure Partnerships Framework in the South East for works under £1m.
The Procure South East Framework is a fully PCR 2015 compliant framework notified on Find a Tender Service (formerly the OJEU). You can choose from different call-off options; single-stage competitive tender, two-stage (standard/express) or direct award.
The Framework can be used for Design and Build, or Build Only projects, and you can choose from 8 call-off contracts.
