Landford road

This project involved localised demolition, then the construction of a new single-storey masonry cavity with a rear wall extension, which involved structural alterations to the ground floor external walls.

To the back of the extension, new glazed Jeld-Wen wellington six slide timber bi-folding doors and a patio was installed. Alteration works were completed to the existing mechanical and electrical system. The team also installed a customised oakwood kitchen suite.
