This project consisted of a single-story building as well as the erection of a two-story house.

The house is of brick and block construction on strip foundations, with solid concrete block floors with timber and steel roof construction. The block-work is clad with cedar panels and oak windows and doors. The team worked on new drainage connections to the existing drainage in the garden.
