St. Philip’s Vicarage

Ash were appointed to deliver a new residence vicarage St. Philip’s Church in Norbury designed to comply with Sustainable Homes Level 4 Standard.

The main construction of this project involved three ground floor living areas with disabled access and facilities. The ground floor of the vicarage also includes a kitchen and utility space. There is a large garage attached to the house and a long driveway leading up to the property. The first floor of the vicarage consists of three double bedrooms with two bathrooms.
